Hello beautiful people!

We hope you all have had a wonderful first month of classes! As we head into 5th week we would like to invite everyone to the Women of Color: "Perspectives of a Shared Experience" Roundtable Discussion in collaboration with OMSA. This event is scheduled for Thursday, October 27th at 6 pm at 5710 S. Woodlawn. Come enjoy a free dinner and the company of other women as we discuss some of the pressing issues in our communities as well as share our own experiences as women of color at the University of Chicago!

We hope to see you all there and wish you the best of luck on your midterms!

Love,

Racism is one of the key separating forces in our society that makes us hate each other. I don’t understand what the fuss is all about? How can someone be inferior or superior based on skin color? Women of color should be proud of of what they are doing.
