CHAPTER HISTORY
"Since '75, we paved the way"
A group of like-minded ladies decided to unite in their efforts to find an organization that would represent Latino students and give them a voice on the University of Chicago campus. Most importantly, these ladies sought an organization that would provide a support network for college and beyond. It was during the Spring of 2007, that these ladies decided that Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. was the organization that would best provide these resources and benefits and thus, began the Interested Ladies of Lambda Theta Alpha. Through their innovative programming on campus, these ladies set the standard, and created a presence that had never been felt on campus.
These ladies continue to cater to their community, both on and off campus with a commitment to educational and social progress. Through their dedication and commitment to their ideals, five ladies became the Founders of Epsilon Beta Chapter in the Spring of 2009. In the Spring of 2010, the ideals set forth by these five ladies were continued when Epsilon Beta crossed Line One with the addition of four new sisters. In the Spring of 2011, two more lovely ladies became sisters of Epsilon Beta Chapter.
